So often I hear…“Can I just live with you for a few months?” Clients relish in the idea if they can have a front row seat in how I fit tiny HIIT workouts into my day, join in on family yoga time with my two daughters, or sit down at our table for whole food meals; the skills will gently be instilled over time. I agree, that this would likely be the case.
